Return Policy
We Want You To Be Happy! Please call or email us for any reason. If you receive a damaged product please notify us immediately. We will replace it or refund your money within 90 days of the invoice date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of "in-stock" merchandise, you may return it to us in new condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or product exchange. There are no returns on close-out items; there are no returns if stated in product description. Returns received after 30 days will incur a restock fee of 15% (minimum $10.00). We do not accept returns after 90 days from the invoice date. Buyer is responsible for return freight charges when products are not defective. Re-wrap all packages securely along with original invoice, date of purchase, reason for the return, the purchaser's billing name and item(s) and send to:

How Long Until Your Order Ships?
Once we receive your order, well send you an email notification that your order has been received. Orders usually ship within 72 hours, but sometimes items are out of stock. If there is going to be a significant delay in sending your order, we will contact you. And remember, we cant ship to post office boxes.
Shipping Charges
All orders are shipped UPS, unless otherwise specified by you. If you would like express or overnight delivery, send a note in the comments field of the shopping cart order form. Or call our customer service department at (800) 531-3100 (during regular business hours, 8:00am to 4:30pm, U.S. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday) after you have submitted your order through the website. The additional shipping charges will be added to your final bill.
There is no minimum order required.
Manufacturers Guarantee
We back up our products in guaranteeing against defects in materials. If you find your product to be defective, Indiana Ribbon will replace it free of charge.
